Brett Patmore - Managing Director.

Brett has worked in the landscaping industry for twenty years and as a result has an extensive, almost unparrelled knowledge of the sector. There really isn't a thing about plants he doesn't know. He certainly doesn't confuse his Phormium's with his Photinia's! Brett has been the face of MBM from day one and his dedication, determination along with huge swathes of hard work has been the reason the company is where it is today. As we go into a new year Brett is focusing on growing the company even more and generating new business.

Brett is an Arsenal fan and goes to The Emirates every home game with his younger son Max. Other sports he enjoys are cricket, golf and rugby. Another sport of interest is snooker. Before his career in landscapes Brett was a professional snooker player and toured the UK and Europe playing tournaments.

When and if Brett gets any spare time away from work he enjoys spending it with Max and his two other children, Bryan and Megan as well as eating spicy currys, watching actions films and playing golf.

Jo Patmore - Company Secretary.

Jo has worked for the company since the beginning and really epitimises the saying, "Behind every great man is a great woman". Without her the company simply wouldn't be able to run anywhere near as efficently as it does presently. She puts massive amounts of work in behind the scenes. For example doing the accounting, wages and other vital duties, all done usually at unsociable times. Jo has an equal work ethic to Brett and has put colossal efforts into making MBM a success.

Jo is a keen runner and has completed the London Marathon along with countless half marathons across the country. She also loves spending time with the children and is often the family taxi, either taking Megan to Ballet in Norwich to perfom, or taking Max here there and everywhere to play football for Colchester United Under 10's.

Bryan Patmore - Operations Manager.

With previous experience in the fields of landscaping and banking, Bryan joined MBM in December 2013 as Operations Manager to assist in the running of the company and to ensure things go as smoothly as possible.

A huge Manchester United fan, Bryan is sports mad and particularly enjoys cricket, football, motor racing, darts and pool. Bryan frequently attends both international and domestic cricket matches in the summer with the occasional visit to the bar made for a lager or five.

Bryan is also a lover of food and enjoys curries that are almost as hot as Brett's. He also enjoys holidays with his Wife Clare who is half-Maltese meaning lots of visits to a very sunny island. 

Lee Crawford - Contracts Manager.

Lee has been with MBM Landscapes Ltd from day one, over five years now. With experience in landscapes prior to this Lee is a tireless worker and organiser which now sees him in the role of Contracts Manager. This involves supervising staff in conjunction with Bryan and visiting sites to organise work, deliveries and to solve any problems that may arise.

Lee lives with his Wife and two young children and away from work enjoys golf, cars and spending time with his family.

Darren Patmore - Site Supervisor.

Darren, cousin of Brett has been with the company for two years since his return to the country.

Darren previously lived in Canada for ten years and his two children, Tegan and Bryn live there. At Christmas Darren popped the question to his partner Sharon and she said yes!! He is another Arsenal fan as well as enjoying cricket amongst other sports.

Chris Carter - Site Supervisor.

Chris has been with MBM Landscapes for around four years working his way up from his initial position of site operative to site supervisor.

Chris is a lifelong Tottenham fan as well as being cricket mad,

usually attending several matches in the

summer months to enjoy the cricket

 and just a few refreshments from the bar!

Adrian Bye - Site Supervisor.

Adrian started working with MBM in 2013 and supports Liverpool who enjoys watching in his spare time in addition to seeing his four children.

Patrick Cobb - Site Supervisor.

Patrick joined MBM in 2011 and has enjoyed his time with the company immensely. Known affectionally as 'Paddy' Patrick specialises in turf laying, he lays turf just as fast as his compatriat Usain Bolt runs!

From Jamaica via New York, Patrick lives in London with his Wife and kids. He is a huge Manchester United fan and follows them religously, even though this year they aren't doing too well!

Jerome Leatherdale - Site Supervisor. 

Known as 'Jay', Jerome began work with MBM in 2013.

In his spare time Jay is a singer-songwriter and reached an area final of Open Mic Uk 2013, a singing contest spanning the entire UK. Also in 2013 three songs Jay wrote reached the final of a UK song writing competition. 

Karl Mcgillicuddy - Site Supervisor.

Karl joined MBM in 2011 and is a fully qualified digger driver which makes planting trees a whole lot easier!

An ex mechanic Karl is very technically minded and in his spare time repairs and restores cars to sell with his Dad. His current project is the rebuilding of an Audi which he plans to use as a track car when completed.

Daniel Wilson - Site Operative.

Daniel joined MBM in 2013 and often works in conjunction with Karl, either planting and/ or manouvreing trees.

Dan is a big football fan and supports Chelsea. He also enjoys computer games.

Luke Wheeler - Landscape Operative.

Luke began working for MBM in early 2014 as a landscape operative and is a keen football fan, supporting Liverpool. 

He is also fond of fishing and shooting, winning the clay pidgeon shooting on MBM's recent 5th birthday.

Sam Byford - Landscape Operative.

Sam rejoined MBM in May 2015 following a successful 6 month stint last year. The gap in his employment with us was due to him going to New Zealand and Australia travelling. An experience of a lifetime it was but now Sam is back where he left off, enjoying his work with MBM!

Sam used to be play in a successful rock band which toured the country. He still loves his music however now only plays in his spare time.

Chris Bone - Landscape Operative.

Chris is the newest addition to MBM and joined after working with us via an agency and impressing all who worked with him. This is largely due to his 8 years experience of the landscaping industry. Chris, along with Adrian, is part of the full-time maintainence team that looks after our three large sites in Cambridge. Away from work Chris enjoys cars and has a young daughter.
